Solution approaches:

A) Please take your ICO out of the water and place it in a container with water. Take the ICO into your home.

1. Turn off the bluetooth of all smartphones in the house

2. Close the app on your mobile device that is managing the ICO

3. Open the app on the smartphone (still with Bluetooth switched off).

4. Try again to establish a connection to Bluetooth via the app (the app asks you to activate Bluetooth. Follow the instructions and activate Bluetooth on the smartphone.

5. Now try to establish a connection again.

B) The Bluetooth connection only works within a few meters. Please stand next to your ICO with your smartphone and try again.

C) Restart your ICO and try again.

D) See if you can connect to another smartphone with me. For this purpose, you can also share the settings for your ICO with other people in the household.
