If you think your Ondilo ICO is sending incorrect TDS values, Ondilo recommends the following:

To test the probe, the customer can take a bottle of mineral water that has the TDS on the label and perform a water test. Here are the instructions:

1. Remove the diving cap by unscrewing it.

2. Rinse your sensors under clear tap water.

3. Gently wipe the sensors with a cloth to dry them (especially their tip).

4. Fill a 'clean' kitchen bowl or container with your chosen bottled mineral water (ensure the pH and if possible the TDS value is stated on the bottle of your choice).

5. Place your ICO in the container, making sure the sensors are fully submerged.

6. Restart ICO with the app and the remote control (in the app). Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

7. Leave your ICO in the bowl for about six hours.

8. Report back to us with the results of your test, the pH and TDS on the mineral water bottle you used and when you started.

Note: In fact, especially in Germany, there are few mineral waters with a specified TDS value. Ondilo is usually sufficient for evaluation if the pH value is on the label.

The TDS value is known for the following mineral water (information without guarantee):
