If the calibration of your ICO does not work, the app will show you the following error message, for example:

"Measurement seems to be wrong, please rinse and dry the sensors and use the correct calibration solution"

Even if you do not use the original calibration set from Ondilo, but our inexpensive calibration set, this cannot be due to the calibration solutions. In our calibration set, we use the identical calibration solutions that Ondilo recommends in its calibration instructions (see attached instructions on page 2).

When calibrating with our set, it is important that you place the sensor to be calibrated in the vessel with the corresponding calibration solution. If you should still have this problem, please try the following:

Restart your ICO and repeat the calibration.

Repeat the calibration a few times. Sometimes it only works after the third or fourth time.

Should it still not work, this could indicate a defect. Please then create a support ticket and also describe why you want to calibrate. Sometimes you want to calibrate because the measured values ​​deviate greatly from a reference measurement. This can help us narrow down your problem.
